The decision of presidium of the International federation of full contact fighting IF FCF from 2007-10-23.

With a view of ordering distribution of command places and as on MMA-FCF presidium IF FCF has decided encouragements of organizers of amateur competitions:

Since October, 23rd, 2007 to allow on MMA-FCF to expose to organizers of the authorized amateur competitions on the given competitions one additional team structure, over the quantity of sportsmen specified in position.
