Dear Mr. Akhtami Rustam!
I would like to inform you that in the course of preparation for holding the scheduled personal-team Championship and the national Championship of Asia on Full Contact Fighting FCF-MMA in the Republic of Tajikistan, Khujand, there appeared some contradictions between the local organizer of the competitions Mr. Zaphir Kuziev and the governing body of International Federation IF FCF. Making a decision on holding the personal-team Championship and the national Championship of Asia in Khujand, the International Federation IF FCF leaders kept in mind the traditionally established friendly relations between Russia and the Republic of Tajikistan and a long-term experience in holding of such competitions, based on mutual respect and mutual confidence.
But unexpectedly for us, Mr. Kuziev Z. SH. started to demand from the International Federation leaders to simulated conditions for guaranteed winning of Tajik team in the personal-team Championship and the national Championship of Asia FCF-MMA, including numerical reduction in Russia national team and substitute in the first team for less qualified fighters.
These requirements contradict the fundamental principles of equality among all the participants of the competitions, the principles of sporting ethics and the obligation, take upon by the chairperson of Federation of full contact fighting and professional martial arts of Tajikistan, the leader of Tajik national department of International Federation IF FCF – Mr. Kuziev Z. SH.
After we denied the unethical requests, made by the representative of the Republic of Tajikistan, the tone of his requirements changed into disrespectful and even insulting and hostile towards the International Federation IF FCF and the president Ermakov S.B. personally.
Not long ago during a phone conversation with Mr. Kudukhov M.A., the main judge of the competitions, Mr. Kuziev Z. Sh. began to lay down absolutely unacceptable and unfair admission conditions to the personal-team Championship and the national Championship of Asia for Russia national team again.
It should be noted that such requirements are beyond the powers of competition organizers. The admission to the international competitions is a sole right of International Federation IF FCF and the judicial assembly.
Such actions are the attempt to create special privileged conditions for his team, to discriminate the Russian athletes while hostile and insulting tone of Mr. Kuziev Z.SH. gives reasons to expect the same and may be even increased pressure on representatives of International Federation and the judicial assembly in the course of competitions, that surely would damage the image of the personal-team Championship and the national Championship of Asia, the Republic of Tajikistan image and International Federation IF FCF image.
After reviewing the situation we have decided to call off the appointed personal-team Championship and the national Championship of Asia FCF-MMA in Khujand and relocate its holding in Kislovodsk Russia to November 12-13, 2016.
We regret this extremely unpleasant situation!
