on February, 23-24 in Maikop (Russia) has passed the international tournament and superiority of Eurasia among juniors (16-18 years).
60 sportsmen have taken part in competitions from 7 countries: Russia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Abkhazia and South Ossetia.

Tournament and superiority have passed without serious traumas (at the sportsman from Azerbaijan a stretching), without protests, without infringements of the rules.
Within the framework of these competitions 2 rating, professional duels,

In a course of all action, sportsmen and judges faced problems of weak preparation of competitions by local organizers who, besides, were absent, practically, current of all two days of competitions.
From for absent local fighter Khakonova, some times was going to org committee on pro to fights. To a judicial brigade, on a line with the basic job, it was necessary to organize protection of a judicial platform, cleaning of a hall, health services and many other things. In a protected zone, participants bags stole equipment, personal things, documents. And, on the end, in a course of rewarding of winners, local organizers had been allowed infringement of regulations about carrying out of superiority and arrangements with management FCF. At the international competitions the direct deceit Russian and foreign teams has been allowed.
the Decision on carrying out of these competitions in Maikop the prime minister of Adygea – has accepted in the beginning of October of the last year personally A.P.Hagur, the Regulations about carrying out of superiority was assured by chairman of committee on affairs of youth and sports of republic of G.Z.Kostokov. The government of Adygea has allocated carrying out of superiority of Eurasia 265.000 roubles. From them 115.000 roubles – prize-winning fund. For comparison, the general estimate of similar competitions in FCF – no more than 160.000 RUB, that is, the government of Adygea has created extremely favorable conditions for carrying out of superiority. International federation FCF too has brought in the contribution to an ornament of competitions. All participants representatives have received as a gift firm a vest of federation, calendars, lighters, shevrons FCF on a kimono.
However the direct organizer in Maikop – A.Kalashaov, referring that «he has organized this action on the personal money», has not presented on rewarding 3 cups for command places, a prize 200 $ for 1 command place, 7 personal cups and on 300 $ for each of the seven first places.
Instead of it, to winners of superiority of Eurasia have given out cheap models of sabres, cost no more than 1000 roubles. To winners of tournament have given out 10 glass vases without what or inscriptions, that is, have spent for all prizes no more than 10.000 roubles (Two TVs, 1 vacuum cleaner and 1 DVD pro fighters were presented by one of sponsors). Medals and the diplomas brought by the main judge and reserved on money of the government have not been paid.
there was no also a valuable prize « For will to a victory » which the judiciary board has awarded the most young participant – ukrainian V.Drozdovskomu. There was no concert on which the government has allocated 50.000 roubles. (to Two actors, executed on 2 songs, have paid on 2.000 roubles). A question of the main judge: « And where all rest? » Chairman Adygejskoj of federation RB A.Kalashaov has counted as the insult.
Taking into account all is higher listed, we count, that management Adygeya of federation of hand-to-hand fight, the organizational feebleness and dishonourableness has damaged business reputation FCF, and authority of the Republic in opinion of the international, sports public.
In this connection, regional branch FCF, on the republic Adygea, headed by A.Kalashaovym, is liquidated. (This decision is not distributed on Adygeya sportsmen who can, former to take part in actions FCF).
Now we consider a question on carry of the championship of Russia among adults, September – October of this year, from Maikop to Vladikavkaz.
