The decision of presidium of the International federation of full-contact fighting IF FCF from 10 Nov 2008.

1. With a view of a safety and preservation of health of sportsmen:

1.1. To forbid the admission on competitions of the sportsmen who have not reached necessary age. Procedure of special admissions on competitions to cancel.

1.2. to make respective amendments to rules FCF.

2. With a view of encouragement of outstanding sportsmen of federation to change the order of assignment of sports ranks and to make respective amendments to classification FCF:

2.1. To the sportsmen who have repeatedly won first place in the championships of Russia to give the next masterful ranks:

16-18 years for the second victory – master FCF;

19 years also are more senior for the second victory – the master of the international class, 2 dan;

19 years also are more senior for the third victory – grand master – 3 dan.

2.2. To the sportsmen who have repeatedly won first place at the international, masterful competitions to give the next masterful ranks:

16-18 years for the second victory – the master of the international class, 2 dan;

19 years also are more senior for the second victory – grandee the master – 3 dan;

19 years also are more senior for the third victory – grandee the master – 4 dan.

3. With a view of the further development professional FCF-MMA, IF FCF delegates to regional branches of the right to the organization of professional duels of a regional level. IF FCF stops carrying out of rating duels and passes to the organization of title (champion) professional competitions. Regulations about rating, professional duels and regulations about not official professional duels to consider become invalid (not valid).

The given decision inures from 1 Dec 2008.
