The decision of presidium of the International federation of full contact fighting IF FCF from 2007-10-31

In connection with closing Adygean, Moldavian, Krasnodar and Dagestanian branches and presence at this category of persons not valid masterful certificates IF FCF, presidium IF FCF has decided:

1. Make replacement of masterful certificates in all divisions of international federation IF FCF till May, 1st, 2008.
2. Offer branches of the international federation and the organizations cooperating with IF FCF, in the near future to submit applications for replacement of certificates, with the appendix of certificates of the old sample and photos 9×12 cm 
3. After the specified term on May, 1st, 2008, certificates of master IF FCF of the old sample to consider not valid. 
4.  The admission to actions of the international federation after May, 1st, 2008 will be carried out on the basis of documents of the new sample.
5. Since May, 1st, 2008, sections of a site of international federation IF FCF: “Branches IF FCF”, “Identification of masterful documents” and “Professional league” will be formed on the basis of new masterful documents IF FCF.
