On October, 29, 2006, in Nevinnomyssk has passed the open championship of Eurasia on full contact fighting among adults (19 years and are more senior).
The championship is organized by the international federation full contact fighting at support of the Stavropol regional committee on physical training and sports, the State Duma of Stavropol territory and administration of Nevinnomyssk. The championship was spent by amateur rules FCF.
52 sportsmen have taken part in competitions – combined teams: Russia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Tadjikistan, Abkhazia and South Ossetia. The first command place the team of Russia has borrowed, the second – South Ossetia and the third – Abkhazia.
Winners of steel: Eric Karhalava – Abkhazia, Albert Shogenov – Russia, Timur Sokurov – Russia, Zalim Khotov – Russia, Ucha Khubushvily – South Ossetia, Jury Kibizov – South Ossetia, Мarat Bagaev – Russia, Ahmed Sultanov – Russia, Stavropol territory.
Personal computers are handed winners and ranks are given: «the Master of international class FCF, a black belt, 2 dan», to Prize-winners – «Master FCF, a black belt, 1 dan».
Similar ranks are appropriated to the trainers who have prepared sportsmen.
Winners and prize-winners of the championship of Eurasia will be included in professional league FCF and admitted to participation in professional duels. At the end of 2007 members of professional league FCF will take part in the transcontinental championship on FCF among professionals.
Special prizes: «For will to a victory» it is awarded – Alibek Atabaev, Uzbekistan, «the Most young participant of competitions» – Alim Tligurov, Russia.
In a final part of the championship 3 professional rating duels have been carried out. Them have won: Рустам Хабилов – Republic Dagestan, Shamil Zavurov – Republic Dagestan, Adam Khaliev – the Chechen republic.
For the big contribution to preparation of competitions by honourable diplomas IF FCF are awarded: Chairman of committee of Stavropol territory on physical training and sports – N. N. The certificate of the president of Stavropol regional branch FCF, the honourable black belt have been handed the deputy of the State Duma of Stavropol territory A.D.Baturin, the first dan.
Competitions have passed without traumas, without protests, without infringements of the rules.
