Manual of the International Federation of IF FCF thanks the Indian National Department for the excellent organization of the competition.

On the basis of the Indian National Department Bureau of International Federation established the Continental Office for Central Asia.

The head office of the Continental appointed Mr. Surendra Kumar Saini.

He was conferred the title of “Grand Master, black belt 4th dan.”

Chief organizer of the World Cup to Mr. Manoj Kumar was awarded the title “Grand Master, Black Belt, 3rd dan.”
